Yes.
You'll need atleast two images, your logo being one, then a image that repeats itself being the other that spans the rest of the page. Unless of course you just want your logo repeating itself.

Use like 3 or 4 pixels at the end of the image so you can expand it.

I appreciate the help but i am relativly new to this so im lost as where to start. This is as far as i got. its behind the navebar is there a way to fix this? aslo still not fluid Thanks again in advance for you paitence and help.

That's a good one rite there.
And what I meant was, at the end of your header. You could of cut a 3 or 4 pixels, so it will look like this. use that link to understand how it's slice and how it's coded.

just one last question is it better to to use the table code or the css described in that thread? Could you guys tell me the advantage or disavantages to each?
