Need help aligning Network Bar...

OK - so I just finished customizing a "JPiC Network" bar that spans the top of each forum page... So now I have a coding question of sorts - to do with html I suppose.

In the pic you can see how the bar is almost 1 full inch from the top AND the bar has a gap on the left...

Please can someone help me to fix the coding so the network bar is aligned correctly with no gaps? I'll appreciate any help ---- And the 1st to say "get braces" --- well - that's not funny :P
