How to Add team icons?

I was wondering how do i add team icons like

to admins. im new to vbulletin and i just purchased it and had it pro installed so i decided i needed to do some things on my own but now i cant figure it out also if anyone knows how to install a shoutbox? thatd be great if you could tell me both and how do i add a little box at the bottom that tells the colors and icons of certain members like administrator and mod and g mod?
