I need an Auto PM to new members

Hello all =]
I hope that you can find to me this mod:
Auto PM's to new registered members.

Members who just had registered will get a message from the admin, a welcome message by Private Message System.

Can someone find me this mod?

This is a default feature of vBulletin.

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options
