I'm looking for cheap and reliable offshore hosting. Right now I'm using HostRapter.co.uk but they seem to go down a lot. Any suggestions?

What kind of hosting package are you looking at and what is your requirements for Disk space and Bandwidth etc? If these things are cleared out we can assist you in a much better way

shinjiru.com - don't get on their holland server, though. it has a lot of problems. try one in malaysia.

they're very cool & have msn support available 24/7.

I used them but their servers are very slow

Where is offshore to you? And what type of items do you plan to need hosting for?

offshore in server means not in US or any country that doesn't enforce strict copyright laws like Hong Kong and Malaysia
