Ok I am looking for some mods that I can't seem to find after hours of searching

Am looking for the mod that sends a pm out every time a post is edited or deleted or modified in anyway etc??

And am looking for a mod that displays latest post moderations in the User CP

I have seen these before but can't seem ti find them again anyone who can help with this I would be really greatful thanks
