Default 2 navbars?
hi there my site is http://www.micforum.com/forum/index.php

i was wondering if i could put some links in a new navbar maybe under the search bar?

?????

wow this maybe something you have to ask the maker of the style, other than that i'd have to look at the style my self. if you really want it bad you could give me the link to that style i'll install and have a look to see is its possable?

It looks like those links are the header template? So couldn't you just edit your navbar template?
