There seems to be a plethora of banner rotators for VB so much that I am confused.

My needs are as follows:

* show ads by forum in header and footer.
* Auto email stats (hits and click) to advertisers by definable intervals.
* Weight/control ad presentation per advertiser.

On a previous forum, I was using phpadsnew which did most of this.

I'd really like something tightly coupled with VB.

All recommendations will be considered and I appreciate all help.

Openads (phpadsnew) is still your best bet.
Like you said it will do all that you need and with a modification it will display the banners globally and/or per forum with forum/page daily and hourly stats that include views/clicks/country for each and every ad.

I am busy with a test installation, but just wish there were better integration information, getting the openads part to work seems fairly straight forward, but I am battling to understand the placement of the tags and zones within the vb installation!
