i have just changed my server.
i successfully carried the old mysql database to the new server. but all my none englsih characters are showing as TÃ�Â¼rkiye TÃ�Â¼rkÃ�Â§esi

please help me. what do i do?

You must have forgotten to set the right character set on the new database.
