Mirror threads with certain prefix in a forum

Prefixes are great to sort out subtopics in a forum. But several forums have threads that touch the same subtopics, thus have the same prefixes.
If it where possible to mirror all threads with a certain prefix in a forum dedicated to that prefix, that would be great.
