how to update skin to the last version of vb?

hey all,
i have some skin that modified to 3.6.0 and i want to modified it to 3.6.8.
how can i do it?
have some post with skin changes between the versions?

inside the admincp it shows which templates are modified , after you upgraded .
compare them from there
