What's New-Mods
Would be much more convenient and would make more sense to make the "What's New-Mods" block the first item on the left, instead of having to scroll down? I mean the other blocks above that one change only once a month. It is common sense in web design to present the new info first and in that page, only that What's New-Mods block changes constantly and can be considered new info.
So why do you want to force us to scroll down? It's the same as if you were going to cnn.com and have to read everything else before digging your way to find the news. |

I asume you are talking about the portal?
It is normal to place those items that you want to get attention in the top and the items that people will be looking for themselfs under that. |

Then, items to get attention should be the mods, no? As per logo, this is what vb.org is mostly about. Get our attention on new mods, then we'll be looking for those other items, which btw, once you see them, you'll have to see them the same for 30 days.
It would be extremely convenient for those of us who have vb.org in our favorites, to just click and see, without having to scroll. |
