Some special characters do not show up correctly...

ó is the HTML code equivalent of the special character. I don't know why it's showing the entity instead of the character. Do you have a URL of this page?

My Site did this when i moved servers I had to correct all the old occurances , All new Codes work fine but the old ones switched to mumbo jumbo when we moved

Nope. It happens to some users.
