Add external header (review this code)

I need to add a header as an external reference.

In my Default Style / Header section, I write this code, but it doesn?t work

$includedhtml = implode('', file('http://www.myweb.com/header.html'));

$includedhtml

<!-- content table -->
$spacer_open
$_phpinclude_output

Any suggestion?
