EachParent.com needs a review...

ok, my site is now online,

http://eachparent.com/ is the url, you click the EP Forums link on top for the forum.. lol

100% vBulletin made, with some extras never seen... and a lot more not displayed yet.

i opened this one to the public because nexialys.net merged with it to provide their hacks to the parenting community of boards...

i'd like to have echoes about the look and feel of the site itself... i know that the forum is filled with useless content yet, we need a team of editors to make it perfect...

what do you think of the directory ?!..

as it is a parenting site, a lot of stuff is closed to unregistered users... like most of the blocks on the side of the portal, the mail engine, etc

Very nice, easy on the eyes. Mind telling me how you did the thing were when you mouse over a sub forum the background turns blue?

it's all pure CSS... that's one thing missing in vB.. lol

oh, btw, someone just asked in pm if it was possible to use our TOS, Disclamer etc ... if you change the site name in the text, i see no reasons to say no..

i just notice that when a forum is completely private, it is not counted in the statistics, so here it comes:

javascript error in IE6 and it kinda looks messed up because of it.

the only js that are not related to vBulletin (pure untouched btw) are the glossary, so you will have to tell me what is the error so i can fix it... IE6 is not a compliant browser, so i did not check it...

take a look at the images, I also see it that way in MSN Explorer also.

ok, now i see what you are talking about...

first thing is related to CSS, not javascript... and all IE/MSN clients will have problems on my site... that is part of our colophon actually: http://eachparent.com/info/?show=colophon

for the error reported by the browser, i can't investigate more, but i will ask some other guys who can use these browser to check that out... this is strange because that forum is not modified from the original vBulletin... just the style.

nobody is interested to review parenting sites ... boring... lol

its a nice site, i like it , good CSS site , however , i dont quite like the header, it needs to be smaller, ( in my opinion ) takes too much space, i think you can use images better or what not.
