Default sub-folders question
when I go into any sub-forums under secondhandstoreowners.com forum- member's-only, I see "announcement: downloadable PDF documents, admin(administrator) in each sub-forum.

1) How do I remove this from all/each sub-forum?

2) How can I put an admin announcement in just a single sub-folder?

Please advise. Thank you.
