I have a concern over the way in which you have very little contrast on the text colour of closed threads on forumdisplay. I can see the reason behind you doing it, but often closed threads can be of interest and I find it hard, even with perfect vision to read the text on the links. Think of the problems a visually impaired user would have trying to read the text!

I'm assuming you have "Thread Listing Color Status" enabled ..
a "visually impaired user" would not be using it.

I have however changed the opacity to 90% just in case there are some out there that do. ;D

Yeah, I just came back to check on this thread and noticed you changed it. I think it's a lot better now

I was actually considering contacting my lawyers, with the intention of pursuing legal action against you if you didn't change it. Just for sh*ts and giggles
