Don't allow forum moderators to move threads

Is there a mod that stops forum moderators from moving threads (or posts) in forums they are the moderators of?

Because I want to allow forum moderators to stick / unstick threads, remove posts inside threads, etc. But I don't want them to move threads (or posts).

Is there a mod that allows this (or is there an option I'm missing

?).
