help with Addons and uploading to godaddy

To start off...I've been looking for a forum for quite some time..one that is veristile, Flexable and reliable.. I came across a Site called www.neverbeg.com ... I'm trying to duplicate this site somewhat, although I am looking to make mine much better. So I recently purchased the Lifetime rights to VBulletin (very impressive, you have all done a great job) If this isn't to much to ask can someone please take a look at the snap-ons they have used to impliment their staking system? I'm not sure where they got them... After a staker creates a thread with the sake amount, each post after the initial has a "stake" option next to the quote tab... The stake then decides which person to stake and clicks on the "stake" tab of the poster he/she wishes to stake... The stake is then entered into the "Mystakes" section of the user, where both parties then confirmed the stake has been applied to, then the poster that was selected confirms the stake, and the stake is at a stand still untill the Player either wins money from the stake or losses, then reports the winnings to the staker, the site then calculates the amount of money each party is to recieve minus the %5 paid to the site out of the players total winnings... This is a very complex process and I'm looking for the person that created this or the addons used to impliment this process or something similar....each time a stake places a stake, when all the confirmations are finished the staker receives "staker Points" and "IF" the "player" wins a profit, the Player recieves the equal amount of points as the cash he/she won from the stake... I am interested in Implimenting this system to my site.... Can someone please point me in the right direction, or tell me which addons these are? I would greatly appriciate it, and if needed I will buy the snapons.... Also How hard is it to Upload VBulliten to the host site "www.godaddy.com" without a control panel? Will I need help or is the documentation and email/phone support sufficiant to do so......... Any and all info/help would be greatly appriciated and rewarded in some way...I know money makes the world go around but from the looks of it you guys probably are well off so, you'll have to name what you want in exchange for your help..

GoDaddy provides the basics to run vBulletin on their Linux packages but there are other companies out there that will give you more bang for your buck and not cost much more.

As for the rest, I couldn't understand what you are asking. The wall of text is very difficult to read.

yea it's kinda complicated, if you wouldn't mind taking a look at www.neverbeg.com you logon with user id=d3ad3y3 PW=suffer go to mystakes, and check out the staking system and addons you could understand better... I understand if you don't have to time or don't want to but it would be verymuch appriciated...

also I purchased the lowest package, with windows instead of linux because I figured I would run into a better hosting site.. can you name any off the top of your head?
