Alright so it's been a couple of weeks, I paid these guys for a template but am still to recieve it! I tried e-mailing them, but no one is responding and they don't have any phone numbers to call... Any ideas how I can get a hold of these guys?

do they have support forums? maybee try a post there even if its just a demo site.
