To run Mysql 5 and php5 with max 600 users online "Session Timeout" 15 minutes this a good choice ?

2 x 80 GB SATA without RAID

Or is better to run in 2 servers one server Mysql and other apache ?:

Dual Core Pentium D - 3.0Ghz

1x 160GB SATA 7200rpm

Hi,

I believe the Core 2 Duo E6320 would be a better option, plus you have more RAM.

Dual Core Intel Core 2 Duo E6320 or even Core 2 Duo Quad Core Xeon Q6600 will be a much better option. You can also upgrade the hardware as per your requirements.
