Selecting Editors from Forum Home

Hi..

Most of the forum users are lazy to find & change the editor from the option;

User CP -> Settings & Options -> Edit Options -> Miscellaneous Options-> (Basic Editor/Standard Editor/WYSIWYG Editor)

Is there any way I can display this Editor Options in my forum home, at the top or at the bottom?

I try to copy the template's miscellaneous options portion, but it didn't work.

Appreciate some one guide me how to do it.
