Sketch Graphics Pad

We are after a mini sketch/drawing tablet plugin. Some sort of mini graphics tablet that would allow members to draw/sketch/add text in full colour and with some shapes, customise it and then post them in the forum.

Anyone know of anything or feel up to a very cool challenge?
