How do I..change the quick links
can I also add a page inbetween the people viewin the forums?

What do you mean by 'images'?

An avatar? A user rank? A signature image?

Admin Cp > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Administrators > User Title: Member/Registered User

Same applies for your MOD's and whichever other usergroups you wish to apply it to

Yeah usertitles allow HTML so

Just use the same method with whatever the image url is changed
