Management of users with wrong values in profile fields

Hi,

we run a pretty active board with up to 10-20 new registrations a day. As we like to know who is using our board we want the users to submit a few personal informations. We frequently have registrations with definetly wrong informations. We send these people a short email that we are not activating their account, because of the missing / wrong information. This is now done "by hand", i would prefer to do this within the admin panel. Now, I habe three options to activate an account, accept, delete and ignore. I would like to have an option "inform" which automatically triggers an email to the person with the desired information.
