Problem when submitting high scores

I have had a few members come to me with a problem with the arcade they get this error message when they attempt to submit a high score on a game

The administrator has disabled viewing of the arcade for your member group. If you feel this is a mistake please PM an administrator and let them know.

and then they have to sign back in again which means they lose their high score.

I have checked the settings for their usergroup and can not see why they would be getting the error that I have disabled the viewing of teh arcade for their usergroup.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have this same problem, that file is there too as above.

Still getting this problem even after a recent update which was brought out, any reason why this could be happening?
