Help! No idea where to go
Hey,
I just recently purchased Vbulletin but now i'm a bit confused. As there seems to be so many mods, styles ect.. out there that it's overwhelming. Hopefully someone can answer some questions for me. Are there any Mods that are a must have? I notice mods in the 3.6 section, some say VB version 3.6.8 and some say 3.6.7 - i'm installing 3.7 as i found a style i like that says it works with 3.6.7 but will a mod that says 3.6.8 work with this install? I'm looking to reward forum members, is there a god mod that will do this? THanks everyone, |

Uff!
You can add mods as you wish, those that you consider necessary for your forum, for the type of end users you plan to host... First of all relax and enjoy the ride, with the time you will learn and decide in your own what is best for your venture... There's not 'must have' hacks, although you may focused on security first... from 3.6.4 most of the hacks work with 3.6.8 some of them are eventually updated/upgraded, some are redesigned with more functions, so for now, just read and read, and everything will be Ok... |

Only install the mods that are necessary to your forum. Don't "overload" on mods, it will kill your server.
