Database error in vBulletin 3.6.8:

I get the following error about once every 3-4 weeks and it is usually about 5-10 in a shot. Any idea why I am getting these?

Seems like your MySQL server is intermittently going down. Might want to ask your host to check the logs.

They are saying there is no problems on their end. Since that last email, I keep getting emails saying that emails to the member cannot be delivered. Below is what it says. I have 670 members but I get about 5 of these a day for the past two days. It is really annoying.

Some are hotmail, some are other emails. Not sure why I keep getting this. Plus I have been having problems with having to log in often. I leave the page loaded logged in but if a i get an email and click on the link in the email, it then takes me to the site and I am no longer logged in. I usually have to log in about 5-10 times through-out the day.
