Supermod profile/signature editing

Hi, not sure if you're allowed to request here but I have a request. I'm looking for the hack that allows supermods to edit user profile information and signatures. I don't want to go the route of giving them partial access to admin cp as that is more control then they need. I'm pretty sure this exists, I just couldn't find it.
