Looking for few hacks, don't know if it exists ... help

Hi could you tell me if such hacks exists (or if i can do it without hacks) and if it exists, where can i download them

• Hack that allows to add a flash banner/slide of pictures between navbar and forum beggining
  
• Hack that restrict members to post ONLY 1 post maxi in each post in the categories/forums i want (without provide them to post as much posts as them want in forums/categories i will chose)
  
• Hack that allow me to have directly the advanced search when i click on "search"
  
• Hack allowing me to create a personalize advanced search
  
• Hack that allows me to set the option i want to be set by defect on the search options
  
• Hack letting members create nice blogs (with a link on navbar)
