I want a mod where you have to agree to certain conditions/terms before being able to view a certain forum

i searched and couldnt find it.. maybe i didnt search hard enough?

I'ved tried that one, it wasn't it.
that plugin wasnt it it made you view rule before actually seeing the entire forum.

I want one where you have to agree to rules before you enter a certain forum under a category.

like....

MAIN
- Anouncments
- Welcome center
- Donations

GAMING
- Wii
- Xbox

like an agreement page for entering donations
