Active Users on Top

hi folks,

i just wanted to know, how to move the "Users Active in the Arcade..." to the top of the page right under "Arcade · Tournaments · Your Settings · Your Favorites · Your Rankings · Leaderboard". i know it must be somewhere in the skin file, but every time i try to change something i only get error messages.
