Need a little help! See attachment, I'm trying to place a banner on my forum but can't seem to do it..... If someone can help that would be great!

That's in the navbar template, right near the top.

I don't mean to hijack this thread but I'd thought it better than starting a new.

I also want to place a banner but above the navbar to the right of the logo. My style is fluid.

Where do I do that and what code do I enter?
