how to delete mod tempelate

i have hacked some mod, and it created some tempelate in my tempelate
But when i uninstall that mod, so some tempelate still in my tempelate
How to delete it ?

Styles & Templates -> Edit Template -> Then just delete

Try clicking once to select the template and then hitting "Revert" button. (When your on the page you have show above)

Thanks, but some time the "Revert" button not appear w some tempelate ?
How to delete them ?

It may be that its a standard template of vBulletin, clicking revert will restore the template to what it was and won't delete it. (Since you will require it).
