Prevent a usergroup from being counted as Members in "Statistics"?
Is there any way to block a whole usergroup from being counted as Members under "Statistics" on the home page? If not, can it at least be done one at a time for each of that group's usernames?
Reason: I have a bunch of usernames that are part of an imported archive from an old Yahoo Group, but they're not all actual members of the forum. I put them in a separate usergroup, but they're still being counted as Members under "Statistics." This is confusing our actual members. (I tried making them a banned group, but they were still counted. Even if that had worked I'd rather not make them "banned" for other reasons.) Thank you for any tips! |

Is this really not possible?

Okay, how about this: Is there any global variable for the number of users in the "Registered Users" usergroup? That way we could at least limit the number of members listed in Statistics to actual registered users.
Thanks. |

I found a way to do this manually, but it is a pain in the rear editing stats every day manually.
