how do you add a seperate box for more "additional information" ? Just have it instead of that have the box named "My Stats" and they fill in their height, age, etc... I know you can add this information under the additional info , but I would like to know how you can add it in it's own seperate box.

Maybe try adding a "User Profile Field Category"

(AdminCP -> User Profile Fields -> User Profile Field Categories)

Then when you come to adding a new field make sure you select that category. I haven't checked how their display differs but it may be what you are looking for.
