I am having a problem upgrading a site from 3.6.7 to 3.6.8...
I have uploaded edited config, deleted the install file and uploaded as usual. Everytime a add the url install/upgrade.php instead of running the upgrade script, the file just gives me an option to save or open... Like I am downloading it instead of running it.... I have done many other upgrades on this same site without ever having difficulty... I belive permissions are correct so I have no idea.... Anyone ever have this happen before? I have done many upgrades and I have never had a problem like this.... I 5 minute upgrade is all of a suden a problem... go figure...lol Thanks in advance for all the fine answers I know will come... Try to open it in another browser. Make sure your site isn't heavily loaded at the moment as well, try disabling your board.
If all else fails, check out your MIME header settings in your cpanel. |

I obviously meant "isn't", not "is", sorry if that caused any confusion.

lol
Yeah... Man... I started calling people and I told them to visit the site...lol No, Thanks but I got your intention...lol I am reuploading.. I am using smartftp and I have it set at auto but sometimes it messes up between binary and asc--- so maybe that was the problem... I will try a couple things and get back to you.... Kind of a strange problem though for me.. |
