How can I move the name of the forum category..

How can I move the name of the forum category above the part which says "Forum Last Post Threads Post".

Which template is it?

Unfortunately, there are a few templates are play here.
I use a mod available here at vb.org that does two things - separates the categories and moves the cat strip above the thead strip.
