When inside a forum, the header will read e.g. 'Threads in Science Forum'. Where would I go to edit this so it would just read 'Science Forum'. Thanks.

You should be able to edit that through your Phrase Manager.
Search For Threads in Phrase Manager and you should see the relevant phrase..
