Add a button fix just for one page (url)

I would like add a button but fix when it on a page specific.

Exemple

Check this page https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=184

the "articles" button with arrow, the arrow is only on this page https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=184, no the other page (forums, mods, styles)

how to make the same thing ?

Add a conditional to the template. One to the "Articles", and one the others.
