Is there any way you could help me replace the "Group Memberships" with "Profile Picture" like you have here?

Basically I know how to put the profile pic there... But what I'd like to know is, how can you put that "No picture uploaded." text when a user hasn't uploaded profile pic?


I'd really appreciate the help...
