ok so my site was hacked, please if anyone can share there thoughts on which hack could be a security risk for hackers.

If you have not updated flash chat and the Mood Manager, update them as security flaws are in older versions. For example, the mood one has a XSS security issue in older versions. Haven't heard about the shop or bank being vulnerable personally, but I'm updating them now.
