Ok I want to start backing upo my database with telnet Where Do i download and if there any advice ?

try with ftp with same account in same ip.. maybe you can login and then you are ok with this..

My server dont allow cronjobs or putty shh telnet so i guess im just screwed as i cant back up a 10MB Database threw phpmyadmin w/o errors on my browser

Ill check them out ,,, Has anyone ever backed up 50% at a time threw admin cp back up ?

Try to convert attachments to files system.. maybe that's the problem?
