Ignoring Modifications?

There used to be a rule saying that everything must be in English. In the rewrite, that rule got left out. That rule should be put back in.

Why bother with the modification to begin with?

On which page do you still see modification threads started by an ignored user?
If this is the case, then it sounds like a small bug in our system that should be addressed. |

I have just ran some tests on my local test board (unmodified) and only the posts made by an ignored user will not show (instead a placeholder stating that you are ignoring the member). Threads (started by the ignored user) however will show as normal. So this is standard vBulletin behaviour.

It still shows their thread but you can't see the first post or any further posts in the thread by the user you're ignoring.

We do require english to be used in all posts on vbulletin.org. Requiring that screenshots (or even modifications) are also in english, is 1 step too far i think.

Well, you have to understand that must of the users aren't english speaker and that they perfer to share their modification for those who speak their same language.

Well as far as screenshots go, if English is not their native language, then they'll more than likely not have it as their board's primary language.
