Saving scores problem

Hi, I am having a problem with just one member on my forum who is unable to save scores in some games on the arcade (current version) we set up a tournament which the member joined and they played 1 game in the tournament and the score was not saved due to her being logged out of the forum before it could be, I have asked them if they have the box ticked to stay logged in and they double checked that, I have also asked them if they have tried clearing their cookies as it could be a problem with cookies that was causing them to be logged out of the forum during play on the arcade, they have done that and still getting the problem.

Also if I do find the problem as to why this is happening can the score be retrieved that wasn't saved at all? Or is this not possible?

make sure you also updated all skin-files (/arcade/skin/) as they make use of the holdsession-file
