no arcade menu in admincp after installation

exactly as title says, installed everything flawlessly, can log into arcade, can't play anything cause it says my usergroup can't play yet.

i don't see any arcade menu on my admincp. i tried removing product and reinstalling it.

hey, for some reason i'm having the exact same problem as you are... i think it has something to do with the forums/includes/xml/cpnav_vbulletin.xml

i'm not entirely sure but that was the file that i accidentally deleted...everything was fine before that, when i reuploaded the file my arcade menu was gone
