like putting a subforum within another subforum

I have to forum vbulletin 3.6.7 I want to know if I can put a subforum within another subforum without it is seen in the first subforum… so that in the forum that I have when treatment to put a subforum within another one the subforum leaves to me in the first subforum and also it leaves to me within that subforum… and what I want to do is that nothing else leaves to me within the first subforum not in the two parts.
