[How do i do] hide the codes Vbulletin v3.6.7

Hi for everyone, i have a vbull v 3.6.7 and i want to hide the all the codes ([center] [img]) when i'm righting in the edit text box, in my forum i have this option (see image 1) but in another forum i have more options (see image 2), booth forum were in v 3.6.7, what should i do? can Anyone help me please?

and i also want that when someone is writing a new thread appear the "check if already posted" (image 3) button what sould i do!!!
