New Registrant Cannot View Forum

I am testing my site and I noticed that when I made a new registration through the normal process, once I log in, I get this error when trying to view the forums.

SVTCobraLTD, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I have checked via AdminCP and the user has access to all the forums yet nothing. They are set to have full access of the forms minus AdminCP but I still cannot view the forums. I have the same error with one I setup through AdminCP as well. I can view the arcade, member list, etc but not the forums.
