Same sql error after update

I updated the arcade system and i still get this errer.

There's a mysql injection somewhere in the new code -- I haven't been able to locate it yet however.

When exactly does this error come up (I assume you have v2.6.2+ running) and can you reproduce it ?

yes, i can always reproduce it.
Running 2.6.6
it comes up when i go to save my score.
This happened before the update also.
